However, the disadvantage of gravity casting is that it is not possible to manufacture castings with complex shapes. Lost wax casting is a commonly used casting process that forms castings by dissolving a wax mold. This process has the advantage of lower production costs and is suitable for the production of small and medium-sized castings. However, the disadvantage of lost wax casting is the inability to manufacture large castings.
